An event calendar will be distributed during the first month of classes. There are participant fees per student for most events, which is determined by the entry fee and number of students on a team.
Performance

A uniform cost slip will be distributed to each student listing the payment due date and any accessories needed to complete their uniform. Cheerleaders will be contacted with a fitting date/time as well as uniform costs.
Performance costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions!
Class

Feel free to bring cameras or video recorders to catch your child at their best! Parents are welcome to ask about the progress of their child anytime.

This opportunity is available for 1st-12th grade students. Class length and costs are broken down by team, and listed on the website. All teams are required to attend a team technique class once a week during the summer session. Ballet and/or Jazz class is strongly encouraged in addition to team technique during the summer months. In the fall all competition team members are required to take ballet. The 1-3rd grade team may choose between ballet or jazz.

The Mini Eclipse team (1st-3rd grades) and Lunar Eclipse team (4th-6th grades) will learn 3 routines each season, depending upon the skill level of the group. The Solar Eclipse (7th-9th grades) and Senior team (9th-12th grades) will learn 4 routines during the season. In some cases a student may be moved up or down, or the teams may be formed differently based upon registered dancers. Families are notified when necessary with any changes to their child’s placement.
Competition squads mean more dedication…
This includes more class time, an increase in tuition, more competition fees (multiple routines), and extra uniform costs. However, this can be very rewarding for your child if she loves dance, is enthusiastic about attending more often, and has the ability both mentally and physically to excel. This is a perfect opportunity for children who need more challenges! If you have further questions or wish to discuss your child’s placement contact Tracy.
Evaluations are not held for the Mini Eclipse squad. In this age division most students who want to participate are encouraged to do so. It is good to speak with Tracy prior to registering if you are unsure. The Senior team will have evaluations if needed in October.
Evaluations for Lunar and Solar Eclipse squad will be held Wednesday, May 6th at the following times:
* Lunar Eclipse- 4:00-6:00 p.m. * Solar Eclipse-
6:00-8:00 p.m.
