IMPORTANT**IMPORTANT**IMPORTANT ~ Performance teams!

Competition schedules including warm up and performance times will be communicated approximately one week prior to each event.  Check the website for any updates and/or communications!   If you do not see a schedule posted on the website, or in your email this means it has not been communicated yet.  PLEASE don’t ask for schedule details prior to receiving the information.   It will be sent you AS SOON AS it is received.  Thank you for your patience!  J

All students are expected to arrive at competition events at least 45 minutes before their warm up time.  This is very important as each team is allotted a specific time to warm up before they perform.  If the event is running ahead of schedule we may be expected to perform early.  Those not present for warm up will NOT be allowed to perform, no exceptions.

If your child is unable to attend any scheduled performance, please let your coach know as soon as possible.  It is very important to provide notification in advance so necessary changes can be made to the routines and rehearsed prior to the performance dates!  Please make every effort to attend all scheduled performances/events.  Your dedication to our team is greatly appreciated!
